2) If you do not find the answers you are looking for in
our FAQ section, please go to our
help desk and open up a ticket. The
help
desk is the quickest and most efficient way for you
to contact us directly and get your issue resolved. It is
much expediant to open a support ticket than to email us
directly and the help desk ensures that your issue goes to the San Francisco Host staff member who has expertise in addressing your particular problem.

4) Lastly, we can be reached by phone from 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Monday through Friday at 866.626.9520. The reason we
list our phone number as the last option is not because
we don't enjoy talking with you, it is simply much more
efficient for us to have written documentation of all issues
before we start troubleshooting them. We have found that
in most cases, handling support issues over the phone is
not the most effective way to address them. To help expedite
your needs, be sure to have your domain and password information
before you call.
